  • If you placed a deposit and decide you no longer want your item, please understand that your deposit is non-refundable.
  • If there is something wrong with your items, please reach out to me via email to discuss how we can asses the situation. 
  • If your product breaks or a stone falls out, please reach out. In most cases, I can try to fix it. There are some moments where unfortunately that can not happen. I will require you to ship the item back to me (at your cost) to examine the item. If it is an error on my part, I will gladly attempt to fix it without charge. If it is a fault of the buyer, there will be a "fix it" charge.
